Barry Potts founded CR Capital in 2018 and is responsible for the vision and growth of the company and oversees acquisitions and capital markets activities. Since its formation, CR Capital has acquired 2,900 units valued in excess of $300 million and produced averaged realized investor returns of 43%/2.54x ERM. 

Jimmy Driver joined CR Capital in 2021 and oversees portfolio management for the firm. Jimmy’s primary areas of responsibilities include overall business plan execution for each portfolio asset, asset management and capital markets activities, and financial and investor reporting.​

Andrew joined CR Capital in 2024 and focuses on supporting our acquisition and asset management efforts. Prior to CR Capital Andrew worked for several years at Freeddie Mac gaining valulable experience as an underwriting associate.

Drew Powers joined CR Capital in 2022 and is responsible for overseeing the construction of capital improvements to ensure the quality and cost of work produce an overall value add for each property. Drew graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Construction Science and brings to the team around a decade of construction experience.
